I am a bit confused about the recent changes in consortium membership requirements. Who can now join The New Virtual Organization World Consortium?

ANSWER :: Any organization residing in a country which has formally launched a Futuristic City-State Enclave Based On a Civilized World System within their borders is eligible to join The New Virtual Organization World Consortium.

For example, if your organization is located in Great Britain and Great Britain has NOT agreed to launch::::and launched::::a Futuristic City-State Enclave within its borders, then your organization will NOT be able to join The New Virtual Organization World Consortium.
